Officer Carlos Aguirre and his K-9 Magnus, along with Sergeant Ariel Montas, Officer Edward Mejia, and Officer Shawn Gravel, responded to a burglar alarm at a large commercial building complex on Broadway near the Methuen line.  The Officers gained access to the building with the assistance of the Lawrence Fire Department.

As the Officers and K-9 Magnus conducted a floor by floor, the K-9 Magnus lead them to a storage, where they found two individuals who were attempting to remove copper pipes.   Ileana Lopez age 40 of Lawrence and Norberto Diaz age 28 were both arraigned in Lawrence District Court charged with B&E in the Night Time with the Intent to Commit a Felony
