Sergeant Ariel Montas, Officer Alex Ovalles, Officer Jeff Sapienza, and Officer Salman Dar responded to the area of the Hancock Housing Projects for a report a firearm being brandished during a road rage incident by the passenger of one of the vehicles involved. As Officers arrived they were able to interview both the victims and witnesses, and ascertain the description of the suspect and the vehicle.  The vehicle was described as a Grey Toyota with New Hampshire plates.

The Officers located the vehicle, and the suspect.   After interviewing the suspect and mirandizing him, The suspect confessed to his involvement in the incident, as well as the location of the firearm.   Upon searching the suspect  Officers located a green pill loose in the suspect’s pocket.  As the Officers retrieved the firearm from the location the suspect pointed out, they found more green pills and a clear bag containing cocaine. 

Brandon Ortiz age 22 of Manchester NH was arraigned in Lawrence District Court on various firearms and narcotics charges
